Purification principle of single arm welding smoke purifier:
During the operation of the smoke and dust purification system, particulate dust enters the purification system through the suction arm. After entering the purification system, fine dust will also slow down and enter the filter cartridge through the airflow. It will be trapped on the surface of the filter cartridge and continuously accumulate. During this process, the wind resistance is also affected by the continuous accumulation of dust. At this time, the control system of the purification system is constantly monitoring through the pressure difference induction system. When the wind resistance reaches the value, the control system automatically turns on the compressed air solenoid valve and blows back the filter cartridge through the nozzle of the filter barrel to clean the dust. The cleaned dust falls into the smoke and dust collection device below, completing a dust removal and purification process. This process is repeated step by step to form the dust removal power, achieving the purification effect of dust removal.
